2022 was another amazing year in the City of Cape Canaveral! We are proud to release our 2022 State of the City Report that encapsulates all the accomplishments of our City in the calendar year.
A few highlights are:
- The City of Cape Canaveral Community Center was completed with much fanfare.
- The Administrative + Finance Department once again won a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Fiscal Year 2020-2021 CAFR from Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
- The City along with resident volunteers planted over 18,000 sea oats across the dunes of Cape Canaveral’s coastline.
