Submitting Public Comments via Email:

Emails and correspondence will be read into the record. However, Staff reserves the right to aggregate and summarize comments substantially similar (generally 5 public comment emails or more). Additionally, each public comment must address one subject at a time at virtual and hybrid public meetings. Emails and correspondence will be forwarded to the City Council and/or Advisory Board Members prior to the scheduled meeting for their review.
