CITY OF MELBOURNE: City Hall Closed to the Public; City Services to Continue Online and by Phone

Serado

City of Melbourne issued the following announcement on March 20.

City Hall is closed to the public. City employees will continue to fulfill requests for service either by phone or electronically.

The City has put processes in place to continue service to water customers, the development community, businesses and our residents. These processes will be adjusted as necessary to allow us to provide city services during the Coronavirus/COVID-19 emergency and to look out for the best interests of our employees.

Utility Billing payments can be made online or via phone. For options, go to www.melbourneflorida.org/pay. To open a new account, e-mail WaterServiceRequest@mlbfl.org.

If you need a building permit, call 321-608-7915.

For all other questions or requests for service, call the main City Hall line: 321-608-7000.
