Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) supported House-passed legislation to prohibit the Biden Administration from using certain federal lands to house the millions of illegal immigrants that have been allowed by the Biden Administration to illegally cross our border.

“The Biden Administration’s refusal to secure the border and enforce immigration laws has encouraged this cross-border invasion of millions of illegal immigrants and it’s now at a crisis point that’s proving to be extremely costly, dangerous and unsustainable,” said Congressman Posey.

Specifically, the Protecting our Communities from Failure to Secure the Border Act (H.R.5283) prohibits any land under the administrative jurisdiction of the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, or the Forest Service from being used to provide housing to illegal immigrants.
