City of Melbourne issued the following announcement on Jan. 27
Drivers may experience periodic road closures at the railroad crossings at Parkway Drive, Lake Washington Road, Masterson Street, Aurora Road, Babcock Street, and NASA Boulevard between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., January 28-30.
Crossings may be closed intermittently for periods of 10-15 minutes to allow for Virgin Trains USA (formerly Brightline) to deliver train rails and will reopen to allow traffic to pass.
