City of Melbourne issued the following announcement.
The City of Melbourne Public Works and Utilities Department will be closing the outside west-bound lane of E. Strawbridge Avenue/S.R. 500, between Waverly Place and Municipal Lane, in order to repair a water service leak. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday night, September 28, at 8 p.m. and extend until 6 a.m. Maintenance of traffic will be provided to route traffic around the work area per FDOT Index #102-613.
