City of Melbourne issued the following announcement.

TO:  Melbourne water customers at the following addresses:

• Ocean Boulevard – 116 - 143
• Pelican Drive – 505 

The precautionary boil water notice issued on December 19 is hereby rescinded following work to repair a water main break in the area and the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
